I guess it's been nearly a week since I posted, so I best share a few photos!
On Saturday morning we took Eleanor to have her photo taken with Santa.  Kyle & Misty have taken their kiddos to the same place for years, the Santa is wonderful and the photos are professional.  Eleanor wore her fancy Christmas dress from Ms. Mildred at church.  I took these pictures...

Braeden said, "Aunt Mandy, can I hold her in a picture?"  Eleanor was amused.
Here's a better view of why.  She's such a little chunk and that dress was such a handful that I had him hold her like this.  He was thrilled and she was happy.

Misty snapped this quick shot of E with Santa.  The professional photos will take a few weeks to get back, but this one is a fabulous teaser of how great they are sure to be.
That afternoon Drew helped Jason with some car stuff.
So JR & I played in the yard and enjoyed the last of the 70 degree December weather.

Then the guys worked on playing catch.
 Dinner at Aunt Jessica's.
Sunday was a much needed relaxing day.  We went to church and then spent the rest of the day lounging at home.  Eleanor rolled over several weeks ago, but I don't think she ever realized that she could do it on purpose.  Yesterday she figured that out!  Lay the baby down on her back, blink and she's on her tummy.
So far Eleanor likes no food except rice cereal mixed with formula.  Even on the nights when she's not a fan of the food, she always has this adoring smile for her daddy.  It makes my heart all mushy.
Today it's just windy & cool... the perfect opportunity to really wear the puppy dog hat.
She spit up on her first outfit of the day and when I went to get her something else I found this in her drawer.  I had almost forgotten that this was the last baby sized Alex & Emma shirt left and when we moved it found it and saved it for her.  She's rocking it.
 Oh wait, she's rolled over.
