Cruising

Eleanor is perfecting the art of cruising and gaining more confidence and balance each day. She walks around holding on to furniture and stretching for the next thing to hold on to so she can keep going. She also loves us to hold her hands so she can walk... but only if it's her idea. If you want her to do it then you can forget it, she will go limp like a noodle and refuse to even stand!  It's so fun to see her discovering her new abilities and I find it so interesting to see how cautious and intentional she is.

Nonnie is getting a new puppy soon and we got to go along to meet the two day old pups.

Playing with Aunt Jessica, JR, Uncle Pat, and Corbin.

Casey was in Missouri this weekend for a stock dog trial and since 2 1/2 hours away is a lot closer than the normal 8 hours, we just took ourselves up there today to see him for a bit. It was fun to learn a little about how those trials work, the amazing things stock dogs can do, and hug my brother. Eleanor had a blast and loves Casey's dog Priss, but she likes Uncle Casey better from a distance. Lol

Being a county girl for a couple of hours is exhausting. We drove through for lunch on our way back home and Eleanor couldn't even stay awake long enough to finish a French fry. It got awfully quiet in the back seat and this is what we found. I just had to take a picture before I pulled the fry from her mouth.
