"I should not talk so much about myself if there were any body else whom I knew as well."

This is the best quote I've seen regarding the current election.  It's an oldie but goodie.  On October 6, 1774, John Wesley gave this advice:

"I met those of our society who had votes in the ensuing election, and advised them
1. To vote, without fee or reward, for the person they judged most worthy
2. To speak no evil of the person they voted against, and
3. To take care their spirits were not sharpened against those that voted on the other side.”

Boom.  Drop the mic and walk away, John Wesley.  There's nothing left to say.

I voted early this year, so today I got to spend my election day at the salon.  Eleanor was a champ and had quite the time with Ms Kendra, just like her sisters used to.  (For the record, I was getting my hair done.  Eleanor's is untouched.)

While my hair was processing, Kendra let Eleanor have one of her bracelets.  Eleanor kept saying, "Oh! Pretty!"  Kendra took these snap shots just moments before Eleanor pulled on that shiny bracelet just a bit too hard and the sparkly beads went flying.

Oh, remember the little chair that Eleanor got last week?  Well, Drew bet me that I couldn't fit into the box it came in, so...
Mac was concerned over the situation.
Then Daddy helped Eleanor turn it into a playhouse.  He's such a fun dad.
