Eleanor seems to be getting better, thank goodness. She's still got the runny nose, but is acting like she feels better, so that's good. On Tuesday we met Grandma LaGayle at the park. I had thought that we'd get to play a while before the storms rolled in, but it was SO windy (also, the storms never really rolled in that night). We played out in the wind for an hour anyway, because Eleanor was having fun and if she's happy then I'm happy.
I thought that the morning at the park would satisfy Eleanor's hunger for playing outside, but the first thing she wanted after her nap was to play in the grass. So we did.
We are taking the camper out for our first weekend trip on Friday and we're all like little kids waiting for Christmas. I was able to find this little chair for Eleanor. It's actually a folding booster, but when the tray is off it is also the perfect camp chair for a gal her size. She's training for her first camping trip by setting up camp in the kitchen and killing flies.
